Everything you need to know — dispatch times, delivery windows, exchanges, and returns. Fast, fair, and simple.
Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Delivery
Standard delivery: 2–4 business days. Express overnight is available at checkout (nationwide).
Returns window
Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days of receiving your order (items must be unused and in original condition).
Shipping
Processing & dispatch: 1–2 business days after payment (unless stock shortages or unexpected delays — we’ll contact you).

Delivery time: 2–4 business days. Express overnight is available at checkout.

Non-shipping days: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Tracking: Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking notification via email.
If you experience a delay, please use your tracking details first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll jump in quickly.
Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Customer returns items using a courier of your choice (at your cost).
  • We ship the replacement item back to you (at our cost) once received in good condition.
  • No refunds on sale/promotional items — exchanges only.
  • Policy covers manufacturing defects (not ordinary wear and tear or misuse).
Returns and credits take 5–7 business days to process once received.
Swimwear returns
We want you to love your swimwear — with a few hygiene rules to keep it fair for everyone.
Notify within
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you’d like to return or exchange swimwear.
Condition
Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the hygiene sticker and all tags intact.
Not accepted
Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or missing the hygiene sticker/tags cannot be accepted.
We’ll guide you
Once you notify us, we’ll guide you through the return process and ask you to send it back promptly.
