SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 days of payment receipt, provided there aren't any stock shortages or other unexpected delays. Should there be any delays with your order you will be notified via email or phone call. 

All orders are delivered within 2-4 working days, we also offer express overnight nationwide delivery at checkout.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be notified via email.

If you are experiencing any complications or delays with your delivery please contact the shipping carrier using your provided shipping details.

 

RETURNS:

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can send it back to us for an exchange or a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please log your return below on our returns portal or email sales@toned.co.za for any returns or exchange queries.

If your purchase isn't suitable you will be able to exchange by returning the item(s) back to us using a courier of your choice at your cost. Once items have been received in good condition and unused we will send the replacement item to you at our cost.

No refunds on items purchased on sale or on promotion. Only exchanges will be accepted.

Please note our returns policy only covers items that have a manufacturing defect and does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use. 

SWIMWEAR RETURNS:

We want you to absolutely love your new swimwear! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — with just a few important conditions to keep everything fresh and fair for everyone.

  • Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you’d like to return or exchange your swimwear.

  • Once we’ve been notified, we’ll guide you through the quick return process — please send the item back to us right away.

  • For hygiene reasons, we can only accept swimwear that’s unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as it arrived — with the hygiene sticker and all tags still in place.

  • Any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the hygiene sticker removed unfortunately can’t be accepted for return or exchange.

We truly appreciate your understanding — it helps us keep every customer’s shopping experience safe and enjoyable.

Returns and credits take 5 to 7 business days to process.
