This recipe is super easy to make, absolutely delicious and loaded with nutrition and goodness. My kids love eating these almost as much as me 🙂

Place a metal colander over a pot with about an inch of water in and bring to the boil with the lid on. Once fully heated add a packet of frozen edamame beans and replace lid. Toss beans occasionally while steaming. Remove from heat after 5 – 10 minutes when all beans have cooked through and sprinkle with sea or himalayan salt.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
