Hi, I’m Keryn, a wife, mother of 2 beautiful children, foodie, fitness fanatic and founder of Toned.

How I got to where I am today

I started competing in fitness shows in 2012 and won a few trophies. I have since hung up my perspex heels in search of a healthier more sustainable approach to being fit. Over the years, I have gained experience in a few positions such as a former restaurant owner and boutique gym wear store owner. All of my work experience and passion for helping and empowering has lead me to where I am today; creating a website with content and products designed specifically to encourage a fit and healthy lifestyle.

I work on being better than I was yesterday and aim to live authentically with balance and consistency.

I believe as woman we should uplift and empower one another as we all strive to live the best versions of our lives.

How YOU can become the healthiest and fittest version of yourself

There is no elusive magic pill or quick fix to being fit and in shape. You will spend your entire life searching for something like this and will NEVER EVER find it; well nothing that’s sustainable at least! Fad diets always deliver short term results and what’s worse is all the metabolic damage that goes with the extreme dieting. The biggest downside though is loss of self-esteem and confidence!

The magic happens when you find harmony between balancing life and maintaining health and fitness and here is where I am coming in to help! Fitness is a journey not a destination and we all get better at it the more practice we get. So yes it’s squeezing a workout in after dropping our kids at school and managing to cook a healthy meal at the end of a long day. But it’s also vegging on the couch and ordering take out on a Saturday because balance brings consistency.
